BOOK: ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS 2

Preface
The third edition Engineering Mathematics II© book is published to present the theme of three main fields; COMPLEX NUMBER, DIFFERENTIATION and INTEGRATION at diploma level that emphasizes solution techniques and applications. As in previous edition, material presented in this book provides elementary understanding for each chapter.

Engineering Mathematics II
The essential features of this book are:
  • Description that is written at a level that can be read and understood by the average student.

  • Solutions and Answers for Examples and Exercises.

There are five chapters in this book. First chapter is devoted to complex number meanwhile chapter two and three deals with the differentiation and its applications. Chapter four and five are devoted to integration and its applications. Two new subtopics are also added: optimization problems (3.4) and kinematic problems (5.3).
The present book could be an appropriate text book for engineering mathematics courses BA201. The book is based on the content of courses taught by the authors for engineering students.
